| Summary, etc. | En el ámbito de los negocios, no hay día que no escuchemos hablar de transformación digital. La expansión de las tecnologías digitales ha trastocado los modelos de relación tradicionales, dando pie a un entorno mucho más dinámico y voluble, modificando las dinámicas competitivas y la propuesta de valor de las empresas, siempre (de)pendiente de la naturaleza de la demanda. Las tecnologías digitales han dejado atrás el papel de palanca para la mejora de la eficiencia y se erigen como imprescindibles generadores de negocio, calidad e innovación. En este contexto las organizaciones deben plantear iniciativas para mejorar sus procesos operativos y extraer el máximo partido de la digitalización. Con el presente estudio, queremos ofrecer una respuesta a estas preguntas sobre el grado de digitalización de las empresas españolas, con el objetivo de ayudar y orientar en su camino de transformación. |
