| Summary, etc. | El informe Mujeres en la Economía Digital analiza la presencia y participación de la mujer en los estudios y ocupaciones tecnológicas y digitales en España. Según el informe, cada vez son menos los jóvenes que optan por carreras tecnológicas, y las competencias y habilidades de los profesionales no siempre son los que mejor se adecuan a las necesidades de la industria. Además, la tendencia indica un preocupante retroceso en la participación de la mujer en uno de los sectores económicos más trasversal y trascendente para la economía, cuyos efectos perversos sobre el empleo o la desigualdad podrían verse agravados si la mitad de la población en su conjunto y más de la mitad de la población universitaria no forman parte de él |
