| Summary, etc. | La universalización de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) ha propiciado nuevas fórmulas de generar, gestionar y transmitir el conocimiento y el saber, así como nuevas formas de administrar los recursos de una entidad y sus relaciones con sus usuarios directos y con la sociedad en general. Las universidades, como protagonistas esenciales de la Sociedad del Conocimiento o Sociedad Digital, deben estar a la altura de estas transformaciones. Este proceso ha dado lugar al concepto de Universidad Digital, que agrupa numerosos servicios digitales de gestión y administración de los recursos universitarios, así como de apoyo al aprendizaje y a la investigación. |
