| Summary, etc. | En las últimas décadas, la economía mundial ha experimentado grandes transformaciones: la liberalización de los mercados de bienes, servicios y flujos de capital tradicionales, el surgimiento de plataformas digitales globales y el rápido crecimiento de los flujos digitales. En el último decenio, la economía mundial ha vivido una intensa globalización digital en la que los flujos tradicionales perdieron dinamismo mientras que los flujos digitales Transfronterizos se multiplicaron. La computación en la nube, la Internet de las cosas (IoT), la analítica de los grandes datos, el aprendizaje de máquina y la inteligencia artificial están transformando la oferta y demanda de bienes y servicios, las cadenas globales de valor, la gestión de recursos humanos y financieros, y las capacidades, funciones y procesos productivos. Estos avances generan nuevos productos y servicios, aumentan la productividad e incorporan a miles de millones de usuarios, pero también acentúan las asimetrías entre los países líderes y las economías periféricas, la polarización del mundo empresarial, la vulnerabilidad de las estructuras laborales, la concentración del ingreso y los desafíos regulatorios. |
