| Summary, etc. | El anterior Informe sobre la Ciencia y la Tecnología en España, presentado hace año y medio, fue el primero de una serie que pretende mostrar de manera periódica el estado y la evolución del sistema español de ciencia y tecnología a lo largo del tiempo, aportando ideas para la mejora de los problemas que ralentizan un desarrollo económico y social sostenible de España. Si aquel informe ofrecía un análisis de la situación del sistema después de la llamada “década perdida”, esta nueva edición dirige su mirada a los problemas estructurales que se deben afrontar para promover el cambio deseado. Con ello, los autores no se limitan a describir estos problemas, sino que aportan en cada capítulo una serie de recomendaciones y propuestas dirigidas a ofrecer posibles soluciones a los mismos. El resultado es, de nuevo, una obra diversa sobre un objeto común que recoge contribuciones con un perfil de alta divulgación basadas en información objetiva y datos reales. |
