| Summary, etc. | Este artículo investiga el papel de los activos intangibles en la convergencia de las empresas manufactureras españolas hacia la frontera tecnológica europea. Utilizando datos de AMADEUS para 2003-2014, se estima la Productividad Total de los Factores a nivel de empresa e identificamos a las empresas europeas en la frontera tecnológica del sector. Los datos de intangibles, agrupados en tres categorías a nivel de sector (información digitalizada,propiedad de la innovación y competencias económicas), proceden de la Fundación CotecIVIE. Los resultados indican que una mayor inversión en intangibles contribuye significativamente a la convergencia de las empresas españolas hacia la frontera tecnológica europea. |
