| Summary, etc. | El informe analiza las tecnologías que más impacto han tenido en los ingresos de las empresas durante la pandemia de la COVID-19 y los cambios en su protagonismo. Se centra en seis tecnologías, Internet de las Cosas, mobile, analíticas avanzadas, Robotic Process Automation, inteligencia artificial y cloud, y en 18 sectores. Reconociendo la necesidad y la oportunidad de transformarse, el 60% de los directivos encuestados ha indicado que está aprovechando este momento para acelerar drásticamente las iniciativas de transformación digital de su empresa. Y dos tercios afirma que la pandemia le ha permitido avanzar en iniciativas de transformación específicas que anteriormente habían encontrado resistencia. Otras conclusiones del informe son las siguientes. 1) La adopción de tecnología se ha convertido en un diferenciador de rendimiento mucho más importante durante la disrupción de la COVID-19. Las organizaciones tecnológicamente expertas han superado a sus pares en seis puntos porcentuales de media en los 12 sectores en los que la tecnología ha actuado como diferenciador de rendimiento. 2) El mix tecnológico para el éxito está cambiando. Cada vez más, el cloud y la inteligencia artificial se están convirtiendo en diferenciadores de rendimiento. 4) Cada sector tiene una huella digital única. Las tecnologías que benefician a un sector no siempre son diferenciadoras para otro. |
