| Summary, etc. | Este volumen presenta los resultados clave y los resultados de la investigación del proyecto de investigación Digitranscope del Centro Común de Investigación de la Comisión Europea. El proyecto se propuso explorar durante el período 2017-2020 los desafíos y oportunidades que la transformación digital está planteando a la gobernanza de la sociedad. Centramos nuestra atención en la gobernanza de los datos como un aspecto clave para comprender y dar forma a la gobernanza de la sociedad. Los datos son un recurso clave en la economía digital, y el control sobre la forma en que se generan, recopilan, agregan y extraen y distribuyen el valor en la sociedad es crucial. Hemos explorado la creciente conciencia sobre la importancia estratégica de los datos y los modelos de gobernanza emergentes para distribuir el valor generado de manera más equitativa en la sociedad. Estos hallazgos contribuyen a la nueva orientación política en Europa sobre la soberanía tecnológica y de datos y el intercambio de datos para el interés público. La transformación digital, el auge de la inteligencia artificial y el Internet de las cosas también ofrecen nuevas oportunidades para nuevas formas de diseño, implementación y evaluación de políticas, proporcionando un apoyo más personalizado a quienes lo necesitan y siendo más participativos a lo largo del ciclo de políticas. El uso de gemelos digitales, juegos, simulación y datos sintéticos apenas está comenzando, pero promete cambiar radicalmente las relaciones entre todas las partes interesadas en la gobernanza de nuestra sociedad. |
