| Summary, etc. | El informe, que se basa en encuestas a 3.450 trabajadores de 11 países, ofrece una visión equilibrada de los beneficios e inconvenientes del teletrabajo y del trabajo presencial, y desgrana seis mitos que se asocian al trabajo en remoto, así como sus realidades. Entre sus conclusiones destacan las siguientes. 1) Solo un 12% de los empleados afirma que le gustaría teletrabajar siempre y apenas un 4% querría trabajar todos los días en la oficina. 2) Trabajar desde casa entre dos y tres días a la semana aumenta el rendimiento hasta casi un 20% en esos días. 3) El teletrabajo disminuye el estrés por los trayectos (hasta un 63%) pero aumenta el aislamiento social (hasta un 15%). Al contrario de lo que puedan creer algunos, solo un 12% de los empleados quiere teletrabajar todos los días. Este dato viene a contrarrestar uno de los grandes mitos del trabajo en remoto, que en el último año ha cobrado un gran protagonismo debido a la pandemia de la COVID-19. |
