| Summary, etc. | Este estudio recoge observaciones y posibles actuaciones para abordar un futuro del mercado laboral más justo, inclusivo, atractivo y competitivo ante las transformaciones que están afectando directamente al trabajador del futuro, como son el impacto de la digitalización en el mercado laboral, la disrupción tecnológica en los trabajadores, y los cambios que se requieren en la gestión de talento y personas en la empresa, procesos y organizaciones, áreas en que la innovación tiene un papel relevante. Con este estudio se pretende contribuir al debate social, académico y político sobre el futuro de las tareas laborales y ocupaciones, las condiciones laborales y contractuales, y las relaciones industriales en el siglo XXI. Para ello, este trabajo presenta una evaluación de la situación y contexto del mercado laboral actual, identifica una serie de pros y contras de las principales disrupciones ligadas a este ámbito, y define un conjunto de medidas para contribuir a mejorar las políticas públicas, la gestión empresarial de Recursos Humanos, la regulación del mercado de trabajo, así como las competencias o políticas educativas para los trabajadores. |
