| Summary, etc. | El Informe CYD 2020 pone de manifiesto cómo las universidades han demostrado su capacidad de reacción y de adaptación a las diferentes circunstancias producto de la pandemia. Y lo han conseguido avanzando en el fortalecimiento de sus competencias digitales. En este momento ya nadie discute la importancia de innovar en el ámbito de los recursos digitales y de su utilización tanto en la docencia y comunicación como en el resto de las actividades universitarias, incluidos todos los ámbitos de gestión.<br/>Las revoluciones tecnológicas como la que vivimos han venido acompañadas por importantes cambios en la sociedad y también en los sistemas educativos, y de aquí las necesidades de adaptación y transformación del sistema. La creación de las Universidades Europeas, la orientación de los fondos Next Generation y los cambios legislativos anunciados, entre ellos una nueva Ley Orgánica del Sistema Universitario, deberán facilitar esta transformación necesaria. |
