| Summary, etc. | El Informe expone que la digitalización y las exigencias regulatorias harán que los bancos demanden, especialmente, profesionales con perfiles tecnológicos y expertos en regulación y cumplimiento normativo. Los cambios relacionados con la tecnología generan nuevos empleos en las áreas de ciberseguridad, análisis crediticio, especialistas en programación de robots, arquitectos de cadena de bloques ('blockchain') y científicos de datos, entre otros, lo que implica reeducar a los empleados actuales y dar entrada a otros con conocimientos nuevos.<br/><br/>Actualmente los puestos de relación con el cliente siguen siendo los más solicitados, seguidos por las ofertas de empleo en tecnologías de la información y análisis.<br/><br/>No obstante, si se suman las actividades relacionadas con este ámbito que el sector suele externalizar, el tecnológico ya sería el perfil más demandado. El documento anticipa también más fusiones y ajustes de plantilla, en especial fuera de España, en un contexto de necesidad de mejora de la rentabilidad y la eficiencia y de creciente competencia. |
