| Summary, etc. | La transformación digital se está convirtiendo en un mecanismo de apoyo crucial para los países a medida que responden a la pandemia de COVID-19 y atraviesan la reconstrucción económica y el desarrollo sostenido. Para las ciudades pequeñas y medianas (SMC), la transformación digital puede alterar los modelos comerciales tradicionales, superar los límites geográficos y espaciales y crear nuevas formas de vivir en la era digital. Sin embargo, la transformación digital de los SMC presenta desafíos tales como talento, fondos y recursos digitales insuficientes, comprensión y aplicación deficientes de las tecnologías digitales y falta de mecanismos de interacción y cooperación entre ciudades. Este informe analiza los desafíos, necesidades y preocupaciones de los SMC en proceso de transformación digital en China, Japón, Brasil y Singapur, propone un modelo de referencia metodológico y sugiere acciones para varios actores urbanos. |
