| Summary, etc. | La legislación de la UE en el ámbito de los derechos de autor, los derechos conexos y los derechos sui generis sobre bases de datos puede tener un profundo impacto en el acceso a los recursos de datos para la investigación científica y la disponibilidad de los datos resultantes de la investigación financiada con fondos públicos. Para establecer un marco de derechos de autor y derechos conexos que ofrezca acceso adecuado a los datos y oportunidades de reutilización para la investigación científica, es necesario identificarbarreras y desafíos potenciales que pueden surgir de la legislación de derechos de autor y derechos conexos de la UE y la gestión de derechos correspondiente. Este estudio analiza la interacción entre la ley de derechos de autor y derechos conexos y el acceso y la reutilización de datos con fines de investigación científica. Propone medidas legislativas y no legislativas para mejorar el actual marco normativo de la UE. |
