| Summary, etc. | El informe analiza como los recientes avances de la inteligencia artificial están dando lugar a debates e interrogantes de gran significado y trascendencia sobre hasta qué punto pueden las máquinas sustituir al hombre, cómo incide en la creación o destrucción de los puestos de trabajo ó cómo la implantación de la inteligencia artificial transformarán los puestos de trabajo, las competencias y las condiciones laborales. Las estimaciones actuales del impacto de la inteligencia artificial, excesivamente optimistas o, por el contrario, a menudo alarmistas, no ofrecen respuestas sólidas a preguntas que son legítimas. Los aspectos explorados en este estudio se sitúan entre estos dos extremos, y se enmarcan en un enfoque realista al describir las condiciones (éticas, institucionales y organizativas) que favorecen una complementariedad inteligente y responsable entre humanos y máquinas. |
