| Summary, etc. | El informe se basa en un estudio de diferentes países presentan distintos estados de desarrollo en blockchain y criptoactivos en varias dimensiones:<br/><br/>- Regulación y política: varias empresas han legislado o publicado recientemente orientaciones, lo que ha llevado a la fragmentación del mercado<br/>- Actividad empresarial: como resultado de un tratamiento regulatorio diferente, la actividad empresarial y de inversión se concentra de manera desigual entre los países, lo que lleva a clústeres emergentes.<br/>Esta versión actualizada del informe presenta importantes desarrollos en el ecosistema blockchain europeo en los últimos 2 años, y además, presenta dos nuevos países: Noruega y Liechtenstein. <br/>Este informe tiene como objetivo apoyar los esfuerzos de Europa por desarrollar un marco armonizado en todos los Estados miembros de la UE, estudiando el nivel actual de madurez normativa y de mercado en cada uno de ellos. |
