| Summary, etc. | El informe se basa en encuestas a 2.000 usuarios españoles de banca tradicional y banca digital. Mide la opinión percibida de estos sobre el comportamiento de las entidades en aspectos como personalización, ciberseguridad, sostenibilidad y uso de nuevas tecnologías. El 41% de los encuestados afirma que ya tiene una cuenta en algún banco online, lo que indica una creciente digitalización. Esta cifra es más alta que la media global (39%) y la europea (34%). Sin embargo, sólo el 7% son clientes exclusivos de un banco online. El modelo híbrido es una solución privilegiada, con un 34% de clientes de banca tradicional y online al mismo tiempo y con marcadas diferencias en cuanto a la edad. |
