La principal conclusión del informe es que la cobertura de fibra es un factor clave para su adopción. Los países con baja cobertura general tienden a tener bajos índices de adopción. Existe un círculo virtuoso en el que el despliegue impulsa la adopción, lo que a su vez fomenta un rápido despliegue. |
