| Summary, etc. | En los últimos dos años, los humanos generaron más datos que en los últimos veinte mil. Este cambio sistémico en la forma en que operamos, comunicamos, registramos y procesamos datos cambiará nuestra economía, política e interacciones sociales. La comprensión y la gobernanza de los cambios sistémicos de esta naturaleza requiere un nuevo conjunto de políticas y regulaciones para fomentar la innovación en torno a los datos y su gobernanza al tiempo que mejora la inclusión social. Este informe intenta apoyar este proceso analizando la transformación del dominio digital y la fractura de nuestro contrato social desde una perspectiva multidisciplinar y proponiendo soluciones nuevas y realistas para futuros acuerdos. |
