| Summary, etc. | La gobernanza pública se refiere a cómo se organizan, estructuran, gestionan y administran los roles y relaciones de los actores sociales, incluyendo las relaciones y herramientas entre actores, poniendo especial atención en el uso de tecnologías digitales. Se trata de un concepto que la Unión Europea ha se ha encargado de promover, intentando abordar sus desafíos a través de la buena gobernanza. Este informe ofrece una visión general de los modelos de gobernanza pública predominantes en Europa y destaca que los distintos paradigmas se acumulan a lo largo del tiempo, formando capas de sedimentación. Aunque los más novedosos y emergentes son actualmente más dominantes, cada uno de los paradigmas identificados sigue siendo relevante. Además, enfatiza que la UE se encuentra en una etapa de comprensión sobre cómo utilizar de la mejor manera los datos y las tecnologías digitales en beneficio del bien público. |
