| Summary, etc. | Este estudio analiza la necesidad de adoptar una nueva regulación financiera en Europa sobre las finanzas descentralizadas tras la aplicación del Reglamento sobre mercados de criptoactivos y la revisión del Reglamento sobre transferencia de fondos, con especial atención al criptopréstamo, la criptoapuestas, la criptocustodia, el uso de información no formal, las NFT y la sostenibilidad. Destaca que las criptomonedas plantean importantes retos a la legislación europea y que se debe tener en cuenta que el mercado ha evolucionado rápidamente y está mostrando muchos problemas similares a los de las finanzas tradicionales, por lo que requiere de una atención reguladora similar para funcionar adecuadamente. |
