| Summary, etc. | El objetivo de estas directrices es dar a conocer a los Estados miembros el valor de los datos abiertos y describir cómo se conservan y abren los datos. Se anima a los Estados miembros no sólo a apoyar la apertura de datos de alta calidad, sino también a adoptar el uso de tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y facilitar el desarrollo de capacidades, la formación y la educación a este respecto, incluidos los datos abiertos inclusivos y la alfabetización en IA.<br/><br/>Las directrices esbozan el tipo y el alcance de un ecosistema de datos y replantean los conceptos de datos FAIR (localizables, accesibles, interoperables y reutilizables) para la IA. Además, se enumeran doce pasos concretos que los Estados miembros pueden dar para que sus datos estén abiertos y disponibles en un formato FAIR. Estas instrucciones se desglosan en tres fases (i) preparación; (ii) apertura de datos; y (iii) seguimiento para la reutilización y la sostenibilidad, cada una de las cuales incluye cuatro pasos. |
