| Summary, etc. | El informe analiza la situación del talento tecnológico en España en dos grandes clústers: data e inteligencia artificial. <br/><br/>Se basa en las ofertas en estas áreas publicadas en los últimos cuatro años en España, así como en una muestra de más de 400.000 profesionales. A partir de esta muestra, se ha puesto foco en sus características comunes, habilidades más demandadas, nivel de estudios medio requerido y titulaciones solicitadas más comunes.<br/><br/>Entre las conclusiones se destaca que en España, en 2023, aproximadamente un 20% de las ofertas relacionadas con los datos y la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) no podrán cubrirse por la falta de profesionales. Así mismo, se espera que haya un 22% más de ofertas de empleo relacionadas con data e IA. El informe también apunta que, sólo en data e IA, la industria española va a demandar más de 90.000 profesionales hasta 2025. |
