| Summary, etc. | Este documento complementa el informe sobre el estado de la Década Digital 2023 analizando en detalle el avance hacia los objetivos de la Década Digital y la aplicación de los Derechos y Principios Digitales. Se examinan los diversos elementos de la Década Digital, incluyendo una perspectiva de los presupuestos, programas y acciones clave adoptadas desde 2020, y los compromisos esbozados en la Declaración de los Derechos y Principios Europeos.<br/><br/>El análisis se basa, entre otros, en estudios existentes y en actividades de consulta, especialmente en el contexto de la comunidad FUTURIUM creada para la Década Digital. <br/><br/>Como conclusión se resumen los logros clave que contribuyen a los tres ámbitos generales cubiertos por las metas y objetivos de la Década Digital: fomentar una Europa soberana y competitiva, capacitar a las personas y a la sociedad, y contribuir a la transición ecológica. |
