Se recogen las ideas clave y las recomendaciones prácticas de la investigación para permitir a los líderes tomar medidas que obtengan valor de la IA generativa más rápidamente.<br/><br/>La metodología se desarrolla en torno a una encuesta global a más de 3.000 líderes empresariales en 10 países de distintos sectores.<br/><br/>Respecto a las conclusiones se destaca que el 64% de los líderes cree que la tecnología mantendrá o aumentará el número de funciones humanas en su organización en 2024 y la mayoría espera que la plantilla aumente hasta un 9%. Además, el 63% afirma que los empleados necesitarán algunas habilidades nuevas para trabajar con la inteligencia artificial generativa. Finalmente, el 92% está de acuerdo en que su organización necesita cambiar a un modelo operativo que dé prioridad a la tecnología en los próximos 12 meses para seguir siendo competitiva.<br/> |
