| Summary, etc. | Las acciones propuestas por la iniciativa Normas Mutuamente Acordadas para la Seguridad del Enrutamiento (MANRS) tienen como objetivo reforzar la seguridad del sistema global de enrutamiento de Internet, mejorando así la interoperabilidad, escalabilidad, estabilidad y seguridad de Internet. Este informe ofrece una visión general del nivel actual de adopción de las normas de enrutamiento, incluidas las acciones MANRS, en el tercer trimestre de 2023 en los Estados miembros de la UE, así como a nivel mundial. <br/><br/>El análisis del nivel de adopción se ha llevado a cabo utilizando datos disponibles públicamente. Para ello se ha recurrido a fuentes como el propio Observatorio MANRS, la web de manrs.org, PCH (directorio puntos de intercambio de Internet mundial), y APNIC (Registro Regional de Internet (RIR) que administra las direcciones de Protocolo de Internet (IP) para la región Asia-Pacífico).<br/><br/>En los resultados se observa una tasa de cumplimiento superior al 97% en el caso de las acciones obligatorias para los operadores de redes. Si se examina cada Estado miembro por separado, estas tasas de adopción son bastante homogéneas, y presentan el mismo rango que el primer trimestre de 2023, es decir, del 97% al 100%. A nivel global, se observa un patrón de apoyo similar, con acciones obligatorias que tienen una tasa de adopción muy alta, entre el 91 y el 99%. En general, se reconoce que las acciones MANRS son un paso hacia la seguridad efectiva del sistema global de enrutamiento y se recomiendan como mejores prácticas, pero no son una lista exhaustiva y los operadores de red podrían elegir diferentes medidas para lograr fines similares. |
