| Summary, etc. | El documento señala los ámbitos en los que se prevén regímenes europeos de certificación de la ciberseguridad debido a la evolución legislativa, así como los ámbitos de reflexión futura en esta materia que podrían desembocar en solicitudes de nuevos regímenes cuando sea necesario y adecuado. Además, esboza las prioridades estratégicas que deben tenerse en cuenta a la hora de preparar cualquier sistema europeo de certificación de la ciberseguridad.<br/><br/>Para ello, se han tenido en cuenta las iniciativas legislativas de cada entorno. En particular, cualquier futuro sistema europeo de certificación de la ciberseguridad deberá tener plenamente en cuenta los requisitos esenciales y las normas de la Ley de ciberresiliencia (CRA, por sus siglas en inglés), así como los trabajos de elaboración de normas conexos. Del mismo modo, cualquier futuro sistema relacionado con las carteras europeas de identidad digital debería basarse en las normas y especificaciones técnicas desarrolladas en el marco del Reglamento europeo sobre identidad digital. |
