| Summary, etc. | Este informe explora el papel fundamental de las Evaluaciones de Interoperabilidad (IOPA) introducidas por la Ley de Interoperabilidad de Europa, cuyo objetivo es mejorar la compatibilidad y eficiencia de los servicios públicos digitales transfronterizos. <br/><br/>Mediante el examen de los beneficios esperados, los esfuerzos necesarios y los retos potenciales, este estudio emplea un enfoque Delphi de banda ancha para recabar la opinión de expertos sobre los entresijos de la realización de las IOPA.<br/><br/>Las principales conclusiones destacan la importancia de una integración temprana, la inversión continua en capacidades de interoperabilidad y la necesidad de cambios culturales y organizativos para lograr una implantación satisfactoria. El estudio también pone de relieve los beneficios a largo plazo de invertir en evaluaciones de interoperabilidad, como procesos de implantación más fluidos, servicios públicos de mayor calidad y un importante ahorro de tiempo y esfuerzo. |
