| Summary, etc. | Towards a Common Reporting Framework for AI Incidents propone un marco común para la notificación de incidentes relacionados con sistemas de inteligencia artificial (IA), con el objetivo de mejorar la transparencia, la rendición de cuentas y la seguridad en su desarrollo y uso. La iniciativa busca armonizar los procedimientos de notificación entre gobiernos, desarrolladores y otros actores del ecosistema digital.<br/><br/>El documento identifica los desafíos actuales, como la falta de definiciones claras de qué constituye un “incidente de IA”, la escasa coordinación internacional y la limitada cultura de reporte en el sector. También analiza distintos modelos de referencia ya existentes, con el fin de orientar la construcción de un sistema práctico, confiable y adaptable.<br/><br/>Como propuesta, se recomienda establecer criterios comunes para identificar, clasificar y comunicar incidentes, asegurando la participación de todas las partes implicadas. Además, subraya la importancia de que este marco esté basado en principios de ética, seguridad y mejora continua, y que permita un aprendizaje colectivo ante fallos o impactos negativos de la IA. |
