Estas herramientas ofrecen nuevas formas de interacción, aprendizaje y acceso a servicios, con aplicaciones crecientes en sectores como la salud, la educación o la cultura.<br/><br/>El informe destaca tanto sus oportunidades como los retos asociados: privacidad, seguridad, inclusión, interoperabilidad y calidad de la experiencia de usuario. También plantea la necesidad de anticipar sus efectos sociales y de mercado mediante políticas públicas equilibradas. La implicación de múltiples actores —desde reguladores hasta empresas tecnológicas— resulta clave para su desarrollo responsable.<br/><br/>Concluye proponiendo un enfoque colaborativo entre gobiernos, industria y sociedad civil, con marcos regulatorios flexibles que promuevan la innovación, garanticen derechos digitales y aseguren entornos tecnológicos accesibles, seguros y sostenibles.<br/> |
