Alianza Digital Unión Europea-América<br/>Latina y Caribe: recomendaciones de cara a la Cumbre UE-CELAC analiza el potencial de la Alianza Digital entre la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe para promover una transformación digital más justa, resiliente y sostenible. El informe destaca la relevancia de esta cooperación birregional ante los retos tecnológicos, económicos y sociales compartidos.<br/><br/>Durante el desarrollo del documento se abordan temas clave como el acceso equitativo a la conectividad, el fortalecimiento de capacidades en ciberseguridad, el impulso al desarrollo responsable de la inteligencia artificial y la promoción de tecnologías que contribuyan a la sostenibilidad. También se resalta el papel de la innovación pública y privada, así como la necesidad de marcos regulatorios comunes que favorezcan la interoperabilidad y la soberanía tecnológica.<br/><br/>El informe concluye con recomendaciones orientadas a fomentar políticas públicas coordinadas, inversión conjunta en infraestructuras críticas y programas de formación en competencias digitales con el fin de construir una economía digital inclusiva entre ambas regiones. |
