| Summary, etc. | "Protection of Minors: Age-Appropriate Design examina cómo el Reglamento Europeo de Servicios Digitales (DSA, por sus siglas en inglés) puede incorporar medidas de protección eficaces para niños, niñas y adolescentes a través del diseño digital adecuado a su edad. El informe parte del reconocimiento de que las plataformas digitales deben priorizar el interés superior de la infancia desde el propio proceso de diseño de productos y servicios. El documento propone un marco estructurado basado en principios de protección infantil, con especial atención a la verificación de edad, la accesibilidad, la minimización de riesgos y la transparencia de las plataformas. También analiza la necesidad de armonizar la aplicación del DSA entre los distintos Estados miembros de la UE mediante una colaboración eficaz entre instituciones europeas y autoridades nacionales competentes. La diversidad de prácticas entre plataformas revela la urgencia de establecer criterios comunes que garanticen entornos digitales seguros. Como propuesta de avance, se recomienda un diálogo continuo entre reguladores y sector privado, el desarrollo de orientaciones actualizadas y la evaluación constante del impacto que las medidas adoptadas tienen sobre la infancia. La integración de estas garantías desde el diseño puede consolidar un modelo digital europeo más ético, inclusivo y respetuoso con los derechos de la infancia."<br/> |
