| Summary, etc. | Talent for AI in Science estudia las condiciones necesarias para que Europa pueda desarrollar y retener talento cualificado en inteligencia artificial aplicada a la investigación científica. La escasez de perfiles híbridos, capaces de combinar competencias técnicas con conocimiento disciplinar, plantea un reto estratégico para el sistema europeo de I+D.<br/><br/>La investigación pone de relieve la desconexión entre oferta formativa y demanda real en el ámbito científico. Las universidades y centros de investigación carecen, en muchos casos, de incentivos y estructuras flexibles para atraer y mantener profesionales especializados en IA. Además, la competencia con el sector privado y la falta de infraestructuras adecuadas dificultan la consolidación de trayectorias académicas atractivas.<br/><br/>Para revertir esta situación, se recomienda desplegar políticas integradas que combinen inversión en formación, mejora de las condiciones laborales, movilidad internacional y colaboración público-privada. Impulsar una estrategia estable que refuerce el vínculo entre ciencia y tecnología será clave para que Europa no pierda liderazgo en un ámbito de conocimiento decisivo. |
