| Summary, etc. | AI and Education: Building the Future Through Digital Transformation analiza el potencial de la inteligencia artificial y otras tecnologías digitales para impulsar una transformación profunda de los sistemas educativos en América Latina y el Caribe. El documento parte de la experiencia acumulada en la región, subrayando la necesidad de integrar la IA de manera estratégica, ética e inclusiva para mejorar la calidad, la equidad y la eficiencia en la educación.<br/><br/>El desarrollo del informe se centra en tres grandes áreas de impacto: la maximización del aprendizaje en el aula, la expansión de las trayectorias educativas y la optimización de la gestión educativa. Se plantea un marco que relaciona los objetivos de política educativa con intervenciones tecnológicas específicas, apoyado en condiciones habilitadoras como el acceso a dispositivos digitales, conectividad significativa, contenidos de calidad, competencias docentes actualizadas y una gobernanza sólida.<br/><br/>Con ello, se refuerza la idea de que la transformación educativa basada en tecnología debe ser sistémica y basada en evidencia, impulsando el fortalecimiento de capacidades institucionales, la formulación de políticas éticas para el uso de la IA y la promoción de habilidades digitales en estudiantes y docentes para construir una educación preparada para los retos del futuro. |
