| Summary, etc. | Today’s World Driven by Tomorrow’s Tech: Now, Next, New es un informe que identifica nueve vectores de cambio que configuran el futuro tecnológico y social de Europa. Se estructura en tres fases temporales: Now aborda desafíos inmediatos como la brecha computacional, la evolución del dinero digital y la individualización social; Next analiza retos emergentes como la escalabilidad de los centros de datos, la sostenibilidad tecnológica y la humanización de la tecnología; y New explora transformaciones futuras en innovación en defensa, computación cuántica y desigualdades generacionales.<br/><br/>La metodología empleada combina inteligencia colectiva, escucha social y análisis prospectivo. Se basa en los resultados del Tech & Foresight Summit 2024, donde expertos identificaron tendencias clave, que luego fueron evaluadas mediante análisis de conversaciones sociales y opiniones públicas para refinar estos vectores emergentes. Finalmente, los investigadores del Center of Governance of Change (CGC) sintetizaron estos hallazgos con investigaciones más amplias para identificar los principales vectores de cambio.<br/><br/>El informe finaliza con seis recomendaciones estratégicas para garantizar que las transformaciones tecnológicas beneficien a la humanidad. Estas incluyen promover una computación cohesiva mediante enfoques descentralizados, acelerar la inversión en tecnologías profundas e infraestructuras tecnológicas, eliminar barreras regulatorias, garantizar la inclusión en el desarrollo tecnológico, y adoptar estrategias de defensa escalables.
