Parte de la necesidad de asegurar operaciones criptográficas confiables en sistemas críticos, especialmente en organizaciones que deben cumplir con los requisitos del Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS) en su categoría ENS ALTA.<br/><br/>El documento, publicado por el Centro Criptológico Nacional (CCN-CERT) en mayo de 2025, forma parte del Catálogo de Productos y Servicios de Seguridad TIC (CPSTIC) y detalla el Procedimiento de Empleo Seguro (PES) aplicable a este componente. Incluye recomendaciones prácticas sobre la entrega segura del producto, su configuración inicial, administración operativa, autenticación, gestión de certificados digitales y auditoría de uso.<br/><br/>Aplicar estas directrices contribuye a proteger la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información gestionada mediante la tarjeta, garantizando que su integración en sistemas de autenticación o firma electrónica se realice de acuerdo con los estándares exigidos.
