Destaca cómo las herramientas digitales permiten mejorar el acceso a servicios públicos, optimizar el uso de recursos, impulsar la economía circular, gestionar datos en tiempo real y aumentar la participación ciudadana. A través de iniciativas locales y políticas nacionales, se promueve el uso de tecnologías como inteligencia artificial, sensores, plataformas abiertas y cuadros de mando para monitorizar el progreso hacia los ODS, con un enfoque basado en evidencias y orientado a la acción.<br/><br/>Como conclusión, el documento subraya el papel clave de la digitalización para alcanzar los objetivos del Acuerdo de París y de la Agenda 2030.
