También se apuntan los efectos negativos: la caída del valor bursátil (-1,8 % anual entre 2014 y 2023) y la pérdida de escala frente a tecnológicas no sometidas a las mismas reglas.<br/><br/>El documento propone un plan de tres fases: simplificar eliminando normativas superpuestas o desfasadas; asegurar condiciones iguales para todo tipo de proveedores digitales, incluidos los no tradicionales; y crear un mercado único competitivo mediante normativa armonizada. Se subrayan medidas específicas como reducción de obligaciones de reporte, licencias de espectro más flexibles y coordinación institucional mejorada. El objetivo final es impulsar la inversión en redes, acelerar la transición a fibra y 5G y construir un entorno regulatorio coherente, eficiente y responsable. |
