| Summary, etc. | AI evidence pathway for operationalising trustworthy AI in health: An ontology unfolding ethical principles into translational and fundamental concepts presenta una ontología para guiar la generación de evidencia necesaria en cada fase del ciclo de vida de sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) con aplicaciones sanitarias. Parte del reconocimiento de que, aunque existe consenso en al menos once principios éticos compartidos, es crucial traducirlos en acciones concretas que aseguren la confianza y el uso responsable de la IA en salud.<br/><br/>El documento propone un modelo estructurado que agrupa nueve principios éticos clave junto con el principio transversal de confianza. Estas directrices se desglosan en "conceptos de transición", que conectan la filosofía ética con funciones técnicas, clínicas y regulatorias. La ruta de evidencia está diseñada para favorecer la colaboración entre desarrolladores, profesionales sanitarios, reguladores y demás partes implicadas, identificando claramente qué evidencia se necesita desde el diseño hasta la adopción del sistema.<br/><br/>En conjunto, esta ontología actúa como una herramienta de implementación para convertir principios abstractos en prácticas concretas.
