| Summary, etc. | The Impact of Generative AI on Knowledge Management in the Organizations analiza cómo las tecnologías de inteligencia artificial generativa están transformando los procesos de gestión del conocimiento en el entorno organizacional. Parte de la premisa de que estas tecnologías, capaces de crear contenido original a partir de patrones de lenguaje natural, representan una oportunidad sin precedentes para mejorar la productividad, la toma de decisiones y la innovación empresarial.<br/><br/>El estudio emplea un enfoque cualitativo con metodología de investigación basada en el paradigma de Design Science Research. Se estructura en torno a un análisis conceptual de los procesos de gestión del conocimiento —creación, almacenamiento, transferencia y aplicación— y presenta aplicaciones concretas de la IA generativa en cada uno de ellos. Entre los aportes, se destaca cómo estos sistemas pueden facilitar la personalización del conocimiento, automatizar tareas repetitivas, mejorar el acceso a información y apoyar procesos cognitivos mediante recomendaciones y explicaciones contextualizadas.<br/><br/>En conjunto, el trabajo subraya que la adopción estratégica de la inteligencia artificial generativa puede aportar un valor significativo a las organizaciones. Para ello, propone una reflexión crítica sobre los desafíos éticos, las condiciones técnicas necesarias y el papel fundamental de la gestión de la información como facilitadora del cambio. Esta investigación contribuye tanto al avance académico como a la transformación práctica del conocimiento en contextos empresariales. |
