También se subraya la necesidad de políticas que desarrollen capacidades institucionales y humanas, especialmente en un entorno donde los ciclos de innovación son más rápidos y exigentes.<br/><br/>El documento analiza casos en Asia, América y Europa que ilustran diferentes respuestas exitosas, con énfasis en la importancia de contar con marcos de gobernanza flexibles, transparencia fiscal y políticas de inversión en talento. En conclusión, el IMD plantea que la competitividad futura dependerá de la capacidad de anticipación, la adaptabilidad estratégica y la colaboración público‑privada, más que del tamaño económico o del capital financiero disponible. |
