En Europa, proyectos como EUREKA buscan garantizar la integración segura de los vertipuertos, mientras que la Agencia Europea de Seguridad Aérea (EASA) ha publicado especificaciones técnicas iniciales. Estos avances sitúan a los vertipuertos no solo como infraestructura de transporte, sino también como plataformas de innovación en logística, inspección de infraestructuras, seguridad y turismo de alta gama.<br/><br/>El texto concluye que la ubicación de vertipuertos debe equilibrar criterios de seguridad, viabilidad económica y demanda turística. En el caso de Madrid, se proponen emplazamientos como aeropuertos, estaciones ferroviarias, centros financieros y zonas turísticas clave.
