| Summary, etc. | El informe analiza la evolución de las competencias en inteligencia artificial (IA) demandadas por el mercado laboral europeo, identificando los perfiles más solicitados y las brechas de cualificación que amenazan la competitividad digital. A partir de más de 60 millones de ofertas de empleo en línea (2018-2024), detecta un crecimiento del 24% anual en las vacantes que requieren habilidades en IA, especialmente en ingeniería, análisis de datos, desarrollo de software y automatización industrial. Además de las competencias técnicas, las empresas valoran habilidades transversales como pensamiento crítico, ética y comunicación digital.<br/><br/>El estudio revela que los perfiles híbridos —que combinan conocimiento tecnológico con experiencia sectorial— son los más demandados en sectores como salud, manufactura, energía y finanzas. Sin embargo, la escasez de talento especializado sigue aumentando, afectando en especial a las pymes y regiones con menor madurez digital. Las políticas nacionales de formación en IA son aún fragmentadas y carecen de un marco común, dificultando la movilidad laboral y la armonización de competencias en el mercado europeo.<br/><br/>El informe concluye que Europa necesita una estrategia coordinada de capacitación en IA: certificaciones conjuntas, programas de microcredenciales y cooperación entre universidades, empresas y administraciones. También subraya la importancia de la inclusión de género y el aprendizaje continuo para evitar brechas futuras. La combinación de IA, automatización y habilidades humanas avanzadas será clave para el futuro del trabajo en la Década Digital europea.<br/> |
