Hoy, la ciberseguridad afecta ingresos, reputación y continuidad del negocio. El entorno se complica por la geopolítica, el crimen organizado, regulaciones cambiantes y tecnologías como la IA y la computación cuántica. Mensaje clave: la ciberseguridad ya no es un asunto solo de TI; debe estar en la agenda del consejo y contar con presupuesto estable y objetivos medibles.<br/><br/>El informe identifica los principales retos: demasiadas herramientas que no se integran, falta de talento, cadenas de suministro vulnerables y un perímetro digital cada vez mayor IT (Tecnologías de la Información) y OT (Tecnologías Operacionales). Propone simplificar y medir lo importante (tiempos de detección y respuesta), automatizar con criterio (incluida IA) y reforzar la colaboración con clientes, proveedores y reguladores para ganar resiliencia.<br/><br/>Concluye con pasos prácticos. Para los consejos: empoderar al CISO (acceso directo, métricas de negocio, recursos “protegidos”). Para los CISOs: priorizar riesgos de mayor impacto, reducir complejidad de herramientas, formar a toda la organización y comunicar en lenguaje de negocio. El objetivo final será pasar de reaccionar a incidentes a operar con confianza, habilitando innovación y crecimiento sostenibles.<br/> |
