| Summary, etc. | La Comisión presenta su estrategia para pasar de pilotos a uso real de la IA en toda la economía y el sector público. Parte de un dato simple: solo 1 de cada 8 empresas en la UE usa IA. El plan busca acelerar la adopción —sobre todo en pymes— con un enfoque AI first y manteniendo la brújula del AI Act (IA confiable y centrada en las personas). La idea es transformar productividad y servicios públicos, y reforzar competitividad y soberanía tecnológica europeas.<br/><br/>El informe lanza “flagships” por sectores: salud (cribado y diagnóstico con IA y una red de expertos), robótica (cobots), manufactura (gemelos digitales y agentes de IA), defensa/espacio (conciencia situacional y computación segura), seguridad/ciber (detección y respuesta), movilidad (plataformas de conducción autónoma), telecom (plataforma europea de IA para telcos), energía (modelos para redes y eficiencia), clima (modelo abierto del sistema terrestre) y agro (plataforma IA para agricultura). En paralelo, aborda retos transversales: talento (Academia de Habilidades en IA), apoyo a pymes (EDIH como centros de experiencia), datos e infraestructuras (AI Factories/Gigafactories) y confianza (guías prácticas del AI Act y ventanilla de ayuda).<br/><br/>La estrategia crea una gobernanza única: Apply AI Alliance (comunidad abierta de actores), un Observatorio de IA (indicadores, inversión pública-privada) y coordinación con Estados miembros. Compromete hasta 1.000 M€ en programas europeos, más palanca privada, y prevé concursos de modelos “frontera” abiertos con acceso a supercomputación. Concluye que el éxito pasa por priorizar casos de alto impacto, medir resultados y garantizar seguridad, interoperabilidad y energía disponible para escalar.<br/> |
