| Summary, etc. | La guía explica de forma práctica cómo actualizar los catálogos de datos abiertos del sector público al nuevo estándar DCAT-AP-ES, que sustituye el modelo anterior NTI-RISP (2013). Este cambio busca mejorar la interoperabilidad semántica y técnica entre los portales de datos españoles y europeos, permitiendo que la información pública sea más accesible, trazable y fácil de reutilizar. El documento está dirigido a responsables técnicos y gestores de catálogos sin experiencia avanzada en semántica o RDF(siglas en inglés de Marco de Descripción de Recursos).<br/><br/>El texto detalla los pasos para migrar los metadatos, validar catálogos en formato RDF, y modelar nuevas entidades como servicios de datos (APIs), puntos de contacto institucionales y conjuntos de alto valor (High Value Datasets, HVD). También aclara cómo usar vocabularios controlados, URIs oficiales y validaciones SHACL (siglas en inglés de Lenguaje de Restricciones de Formas) para asegurar calidad y federación automática con datos.gob.es y data.europa.eu.<br/><br/>Entre las principales novedades, DCAT-AP-ES amplía el modelo previo con nuevas propiedades para trazabilidad, legislación aplicable, contacto, versiones, licencias por distribución, formatos técnicos (MIME), procedencia y resoluciones. La guía concluye que la adopción progresiva del perfil DCAT-AP-ES no solo garantiza cumplimiento normativo europeo, sino que mejora la gestión, visibilidad y sostenibilidad de los datos públicos abiertos.<br/> |
