| Summary, etc. | El informe analiza cómo las redes de telecomunicaciones son una infraestructura crítica para la economía y la seguridad europeas. Los operadores afrontan una regulación compleja bajo normas como NIS2 (Network and Information Security Directive), CER (Critical Entities Resilience Directive), CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) y DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). También resalta la convergencia IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology), que amplía la superficie de riesgo y requiere protección conjunta entre sistemas informáticos e industriales.<br/><br/>El informe concluye que Europa debe invertir en ciberresiliencia, simplificar normas y reforzar el talento especializado.
