Aunque la confianza en la economía mundial ha retrocedido a niveles similares a los de la pandemia, el 79% de los líderes empresariales mantiene optimismo sobre el crecimiento de sus propias compañías. En este nuevo entorno, la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la gestión del talento se consolidan como las dos prioridades estratégicas para reforzar la resiliencia y sostener la expansión a largo plazo.<br/><br/>Según KPMG, el 71 % de los ejecutivos planea aumentar la inversión en IA generativa y agentiva (agentic AI) para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, la toma de decisiones y la relación con los clientes. El horizonte de retorno se acorta: la mayoría espera resultados tangibles en uno a tres años, frente a los cinco años de 2024. Sin embargo, el avance de la IA plantea desafíos en gobernanza, ética y capacitación: la escasez de talento especializado, la gestión del cambio y la protección de los datos aparecen como los mayores riesgos.<br/><br/>El informe concluye que las empresas con estrategias equilibradas entre innovación y responsabilidad —que integren sostenibilidad, ciberseguridad y upskilling continuo— serán las más preparadas para generar confianza y valor sostenible. En este nuevo ciclo, liderazgo humano y tecnología avanzada deberán avanzar de forma conjunta.<br/> |
