| Summary, etc. | El informe revisa los avances de la Comisión Europea en la simplificación, aplicación y supervisión del marco regulador digital durante 2025. Su objetivo es garantizar la implementación coherente de la Digital Services Act (DSA), la Digital Markets Act (DMA), la Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) y la Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) en todos los Estados miembros. Para reducir cargas y mejorar la eficacia normativa, la Comisión presenta el Digital Simplification Package, que incluye el Digital Omnibus y la EU Business Wallet para facilitar interacciones seguras entre empresas y administraciones.<br/><br/>El documento detalla el progreso en la AI Act, con la creación del AI Act Service Desk, y en el Data Act, que regula el acceso y uso de datos generados por dispositivos conectados. Además, destaca el despliegue de la Identidad Digital Europea (EUDI Wallet), la aplicación de la directiva NIS2 (Network and Information Security) y los avances del Interoperable Europe Act, orientado a reforzar la cooperación transfronteriza y la soberanía tecnológica.<br/><br/>El informe concluye que la nueva fase de la Década Digital requiere una regulación más ágil, interoperable y transparente, capaz de fomentar la innovación y proteger derechos fundamentales, fortaleciendo la autonomía digital de Europa.<br/> |
