Summary, etc. El informe analiza cómo los gobiernos están aplicando la inteligencia artificial (IA) para mejorar la productividad del sector público, basándose en una encuesta del JRC (Joint Research Centre) a más de 800 instituciones en 80 países. Identifica una brecha clara: aunque el 73% de los organismos públicos reconoce el valor de la IA, solo el 25% dispone de proyectos en funcionamiento. Las principales barreras son la falta de habilidades, la baja calidad de los datos y la ausencia de liderazgo digital.<br/><br/>El estudio muestra que los casos de uso más extendidos incluyen análisis de documentos, predicción de demanda de servicios y asistencia ciudadana con chatbots. Los gobiernos que integran la IA en su ciclo de valor público —planificación, decisión, implementación y evaluación— registran mejoras en eficiencia, transparencia y satisfacción ciudadana. Sin embargo, la adopción se concentra en países con infraestructuras digitales sólidas y marcos éticos consolidados.<br/><br/>El JRC concluye que el futuro de la productividad pública dependerá de estrategias nacionales integrales de inteligencia artificial, que combinen inversión en talento, gobernanza de datos y colaboración entre administraciones. La IA, señala, es tanto una herramienta tecnológica como organizativa.
